Cancellations: Full refund – less a $20 administration fee – if you cancel your booking 1 month or more from your arrival date. Refund of your deposit – less a $100 cancellation fee – if you cancel your booking less than one month but more than 21 days from arrival date. No refund of deposit for any booking cancelled 21 days or less from your arrival date, or if you do not arrive.

Guests are reminded that they can take out travel insurance to cover any unfortunate situation that may arise such as family illness or death.
